Cancellations: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least one business day in advance. This allows us to accommodate other guests and is greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. No-show reservations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service appointment.

Late Arrivals: To ensure the promptness of all reservations and maintain fairness to all clients, we reserve the right to cancel and charge 100% of the service for late arrivals if we are not notified promptly.

Gratuities: For your convenience, Permake Studio accepts gratuities in cash or can be conveniently added to your credit/debit card for your technician.

Guest Policy: We strive to provide a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for our clients. To ensure everyone's experience is enjoyable, we request that you do not bring extra people to your appointment. Our studio space is designed for scheduled clients only. No children are permitted in the studio unless they are being serviced. We kindly request that only service animals are brought into the studio.

Payment: Permake Studio accepts various forms of payment, including Zelle, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds: Given the artistic and personalized nature of our services, refunds on services performed are not possible. However, we are committed to working diligently to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Procedure Waiver: Before undergoing any procedure at Permake Studio, clients are required to sign a waiver as mandated by law. This waiver ensures that clients are informed about the procedure, potential risks, and the aftercare involved. It is a crucial step in maintaining transparency and adhering to legal regulations.

We kindly ask all clients to arrive a few minutes earlier than their scheduled appointment time to allow for the completion of this necessary paperwork. In the event that a client chooses not to sign the required waiver, we reserve the right to cancel their appointment, and they may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the service appointment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these legal requirements, as they are in place to prioritize your safety and well-being.

Groupon Redemption:

To redeem your Groupon voucher, please call us at (786) 577-8377 or email info@permakestudio.com with your voucher code and preferred date and time.

Booking/Reservation Policy for Groupon: We recommend booking your service at least two weeks in advance to secure availability. It's crucial to mention your Groupon voucher when making the appointment, as this is essential for proper voucher redemption. Please note that as a salon, we reserve the right to decline Groupon as a payment method if not informed before the appointment.

Expiration Policy for Groupon: After expiration, expired vouchers can still be redeemed at Permake Studio for the amount originally paid. However, please be aware that the promotional value is no longer valid after expiration, and we do not offer extensions on expired vouchers.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Groupon: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of $50. No-shows, late cancellations, or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the Groupon voucher.

Restrictions and Limitations for Groupon: Groupon vouchers are exclusively valid for first-time clients and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Additionally, services are subject to availability, and some services may not be available for booking with a Groupon voucher. Valid one time per costumer only between Monday-Thursday.

Refund Policy for Groupon: For refunds on your Groupon voucher, please contact Groupon Customer Service directly within their specified refund window. Please note that Permake Studio does not offer direct refunds for Groupon vouchers.

Permake Studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & www.permakestudio.com is offered.
